Thomas Kirengo, MBChB, MBA, MSc, MRCS

Short Bio:

I’m a Higher Surgical Trainee in Vascular & Endovascular Surgery, training in Wales Deanery.

Prior to moving to the UK, I co-founded and managed a Hospital in Rural Kenya, and worked as the Chief Medical Officer in a Health Tech Company.

Getting into surgical training was not easy and understanding the UK Specialty training system, while I was at it, didn’t make it any better. I created this website to share insights on what I have learnt and continue to learn about surgery.

My main aim is ease the dissemination of relevant information.
